Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in real estate management, marketing or management or other related majors; 2. More than 6 years of experience in real estate marketing management, more than 2 years of management experience as a real estate project marketing manager, independently engaged in the promotion and sales of residential projects of more than 200,000 square meters, and familiar with Shanghai's mid-to-high-end residential real estate marketing; 3. Be familiar with the whole process of marketing management such as market research, product planning and positioning, and marketing promotion of real estate projects; have excellent comprehensive capabilities in planning, organization, communication, coordination, and execution, and have the ability to coordinate project marketing planning operations; be familiar with the real estate market and relevant laws and regulations, and have unique insights into the entire operation of real estate projects.
