The fully automatic precision molding production line for vehicle airbag protective covers in our non-woven workshop integrates the three processes of die-cutting, welding and inspection of the original non-woven material into one automated equipment, eliminating manual labor.The number of people was reduced from 8 to 1, which improved production efficiency. This is also the epitome of the "machine substitution" of Kingdom University. The production line realizes the automatic image inspection system to replace manual inspection, which not only improves product inspection efficiency, but also greatly reduces the rate of manual false inspection.

The precision lamination workshop is a precision lamination production line for automotive high-gloss black film independently developed by our company. This production line also uses multi-station integrated equipment and automatic image detection systems to achieve production automation and intelligent inspection.
