SQE Supplier Quality Engineer
+Job Description:
- 1.Participate in supplier selection and evaluation during new project development; provide necessary coordination in the project development phase.
- 2.Handle raw material non-conformities and follow up on supplier corrective actions.
- 3.Monitor incoming material PPM and assess supplier quality performance.
- 4.Conduct regular supplier audits and performance evaluations; assist suppliers in improving quality systems and product quality.
- 5.Develop inspection guidelines for new products.
- 6.Standardize supplier quality management documents, including part approval and quality requirements.
- 7.Establish supplier quality targets and monitor supplier quality status.
- 8.Address supplier quality issues and drive continuous quality improvement.
- 9.Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, or related fields.
- 2.Trained in quality management systems; familiar with PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA tools.
- 3.Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier development within the automotive industry.
- 4.Familiar with product manufacturing processes and supplier selection management procedures.
- 5.Knowledge of process technologies related to relevant products.
- 6.Familiar with automotive industry quality system standards and capable of applying relevant standards in supplier audits.
- 7.Able to work under pressure.
Sales Engineer
+Job Description:
- 1.Handle key account sales and maintain customer relationships.
- 2.Explore new market opportunities within key accounts through relationship management.
- 3.Manage accounts receivable from customers.
- 4.Promptly address customer quality issues.
- 5.Promote new products in the market.
- 6.Maintain good and timely communication with internal customer service and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and control product delivery schedules; handle urgent and unexpected situations effectively.
- 7.Experience in expanding overseas customer resources is preferred. Requirements:
