Training for new sales staff in the company

The company has arranged three major parts of training for new sales staff. The first part is company introduction, rules and regulations and product knowledge. The second part is product application details, sales skills and contract review. The third part is some main practices and factory practices. After each stage of training, personnel will be assessed and appropriate adjustments will be made based on feedback from the training content. I hope every new salesperson can help!
