Job description:


1.Over 1 year experience of customer service( (including order delivery processing, internal and external communication, exception handling, etc.);

2. Familiar with Microsoft office software;

3. Dwell in jiangsu, zhejiang and shanghai region, manufacturing experience preferred.



Qualifications:

1. Prepare sample according to requirements of customers , and follow up the sample making process;

2. Seriously process customer's orders(including order receiving, delivery arrangement, invoice and freight collection)

3. Actively coordinate orders delivery(including internal communication with all departments, and external communication with customers);

4. Help sales to maintain high quality customer (including sample delivery, quotation, etc.);

5. Assist sales to make new quotations, and check if compliance with authority demands, ensure to seek sales's price approval if beyond authority.

6. Properly deal with customer's complaint( including internal and external information's passing, and plan's execution.

7. Concern about customers' dynamic(including forecast, actual shipment change, and exceptional cases )

roperly handle customer complaints (including internal and external information transmission and the implementation of the program);

8. Cooperate with other departments to deal with daily work
