Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating, supervising and implementing product quality standards;
2. To develop, organize, implement quality training, quality meeting;
3. Responsible for the process, customer complaints quality anomalies, adverse treatment of incoming materials, and submit the rectification report as required;
4 in accordance with product testing standards to determine whether the product qualified;
5.Responsible for the statistical analysis of SPC process data and make recommendations for continuous improvement and confirmation of improvement effects;
6. Responsible for the customer request OTS, PPAP-related information submitted;
7. To assist in the internal process audit, system audit and verification of the effectiveness of the validation; supplier audit and non-compliance with the improvement and confirmation.
8. To assist system engineers to carry out one, two, internal audit and other related work carried out;
9. Responsible for internal quality management practices and quality exception handling methods of training.
