Job requirements:
1. Familiar with ISO9001 / TS16949 system requirements, skilled use of five tools.
2. With APQP project management experience, familiar with some of the OEM and customer APQP process.
3. Have a certain leadership and good teamwork ability, can lead the APQP team collaboration.
4. Have good communication skills, do a good job with the communication between customers and coordination.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, work seriously, positive attitude, the courage to open up, and can work under pressure.
6. English four or more.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the APQP process of some OEMs and customers, leading the operation and continuous improvement of our APQP process;
2. Responsible for the formation and coordination of the APQP project team, work out the project plan and grasp the progress of the whole project;
3. Responsible for participating in client project meetings, organizing company APQP group meetings, coordinating and communicating the various issues in the pre-development process;
4. Responsible for leading the APQP audit at all stages, summarize the various stages of the problem, and analysis and improvement;
5. Be responsible for guiding and reviewing the process flow chart, PFMEA, CP and other PPAP data compiled by the APQP team;
6. Responsible for pre-development and mass transfer between the work of the initial flow of products to track production status;
7. Responsible for follow-up of new projects after mass production to assist product engineers to carry out the improvement of products and processes;
8. Familiar with TS16949 quality management system requirements, participate in the system of internal audit and internal audit process, the proposed continuous improvement of the proposal;
9. Understand the company's environment and 5S system management requirements, participate in the operation of the system, put forward continuous improvement proposals.
