Vacancies
1. Control & track all work of new project development stage, including reviewing and track supplier's APQP; Conduct review of OTS/PPAP stage. During batch production, organize PSO process reviewing about supplier's site; approve supplier's PPAP;
2. Assist to deal with supplier's schedule, quality and ability issues at development stage, supervise supplier's all work to complete as required by time nodes.
3. Standardize supplied products' acceptance requirement; devise inspection system of supplied material, implement test methods; compile and revise inspection document, visual sample of ordered parts or material, and train inspectors.
4. Be responsible for supplier's daily quality management, convene and conduct supplier workshop, process supplier's product quality, delivery & other issues, promote, instruct, and supervise suppliers to improve, take charge of supplier's claim.
5. Tracking and implement supplier engineering changes, approve engineering changes.
Qualifications:
1. More than three years working experience in manufacturing enterprises, more than two years of quality work experience;
2. Familiar with the quality (TS16949), safety, and environmental system;
3. Skilled at using automation office software;
4. Strong organization, coordination and problem-solving ability. Good team player;
5. Good communication, planning and organization skills;
